3 Wheel Double Buggy

Suspension

The suspension of a triple wheeled buggy will determine how easy you and your child/children can push it. A smooth ride is essential because babies feel every bump on the road, particularly if it's in rough terrain such as grass or dirt roads. Some models also have locking front wheels to help in maneuvering and navigating obstacles like curbs.

Some models come with air-filled tyres that provide a fantastic all-terrain adventure, but they could be prone to punctures, therefore, make sure you have spares in the trunk. MFM reviewer Kath took the Urban Glide 2 through its trials with her newborn and 3 wheel double pushchair year old, and found that it was able to handle difficult terrain: "it navigated effortlessly over bumpy pavements and grass cobbles, dirt tracks and cobbles with ease and was easy to maneuver around corners and climb up and down kerbs. Folding
